My description is : Hey! I'm Jean, and I'm 18 years old. I was born and raised in Gdańsk, Poland, this beautiful city by the sea. 🇵🇱 I just finished my final exams (matura!) and I'm taking a deep breath before starting my psychology studies at university in the fall. I'm equal parts excited and terrified, not gonna lie. I'm a total bookworm and always have been—my friends joke that I have a book in my bag at all times, and they're usually right. I live with my mom and our super lazy cat, Pączek. My life is pretty simple: I love long walks by the Baltic Sea with my headphones on, deep conversations with my small circle of friends, and trying to find the coziest spot in a coffee shop to read for hours.
I like: Reading & Getting Lost in Stories: Nothing beats the feeling of starting a new book and completely losing track of time. My favorite genres are fantasy and contemporary fiction, especially by Polish authors like Olga Tokarczuk. A perfect day for me involves rain outside, a warm blanket, and a great book.The Sea & Quiet Mornings: Living near the water is my biggest blessing.
I don't like: Small Talk & Fake Positivity: I find it so draining. Asking "how are you" when no one actually wants to hear the real answer? I'd rather just sit in comfortable silence.Loud, Crowded Places: Big clubs or overcrowded shopping malls give me so much anxiety. All the noise and chaos just overwhelms me, and I need to leave after like 20 minutes.
